Time, most vital in any translation. Six or even just three hours usually make a big difference, but the client does not know it initially when they call and say, ‘we need it by tomorrow!’ Somehow they start to understand it better when they get the end product and they call to say that they see the effort that has gone into it, AND that they will submit the document sooner or even be more flexible with time! Sooner always works for us. So in the end, time becomes our investment.
